We’re looking for a proactive and driven Sales Executive to join our team and play a vital role in our growth journey. This is an opportunity to work closely with the Business Development & Sales to execute strategic sales initiatives.
About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you’ll support the entire sales process—from lead generation and qualification to product demos and closing. You will play a key part in expanding our customer base with professional associations and accreditation bodies. This is a hands-on role suited to a results-oriented individual eager to grow their career in B2B SaaS sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieving sales targets.
- Work closely with the Sales & Growth Manager to execute targeted outreach campaigns.
- Source and qualify leads through cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, events, and referrals.
- Conduct discovery calls and initial demos with prospects, identifying needs and presenting solutions.
- Maintain and update the CRM with prospect information and pipeline activity.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and support campaign efforts.
- Managing inbound enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Coordinate follow-ups and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
- Proposal creation, deal structuring, and contract management as needed.
- Stay up to date with product developments and competitor activity.
- Report on sales KPIs, pipeline progress, and lead quality.
- Attend virtual or in-person industry events and webinars to represent Globebyte when appropriate.
About You
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in professional EdTech a minimum.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly and confidently.
- Motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment.
- Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
- Comfortable presenting to prospects, with consultative selling skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive learner, eager to take on new challenges.
- Experience with CRM tool Salesforce.
- Interest in EdTech, assessment technology, or professional certification is desirable but not essential.

About the Role
As Business Development & Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market sales strategy and leading all business development activities for our new assessment management SaaS product. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a start-up environment, enjoys autonomy, and has the drive to build a a customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting enterprise customers, professional associations and accreditation bodies.
- Identify, prospect, and engage key decision-makers in target organisations.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, driving the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prospect proactively by cold-calling and emailing senior decision-makers to uncover new opportunities.
- Generate leads through creative outreach, leveraging LinkedIn and industry networks to spark conversations.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure a steady flow of high-potential prospects.
- You will maintain and nurture relationships with stakeholders at different levels, work closely with the product team and assist in commercial partnership negotiations.
- Connect, network, and build relationships with senior professionals in the industry.
- Conduct product demos, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Utilise data to drive decisions, working with analytics to interpret insights that inform strategic growth initiatives.
- Foster a culture of experimentation by setting up methodologies for continuous testing, learning, and scaling.
- Collaborate with the CEO and product team to refine messaging, pricing, and market positioning.
- Attend relevant events and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote the product.
- Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline health, and performance metrics.
- Work independently and take full ownership of business development goals, while aligning with the broader company strategy.
About You
- Produce experience in building and manage a sales executive team.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Proven experience in full lifecycle B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, EdTech, or enterprise software.
- Demonstrable success in prospecting, developing and closing new business opportunities.
- Confident communicator and persuasive presenter with strong consultative selling skills.
- Track record of building partnerships.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Resilient, proactive, and above all comfortable navigating uncertainty and ambiguity.
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically.
- Familiarity with the education, assessment, or professional certification sectors.

We’re now looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our highly experienced team and take a role in the continued development of our Salesforce-based product and customer service engagements.
About the Role
As a Salesforce Developer, you’ll work on the architecture, design, and development of a new Salesforce-based SaaS product. You’ll play a part in shaping the product, building secure and scalable solutions using modern Salesforce technologies, and integrating with cloud platforms like AWS.
Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce package development including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Contribute to the development of managed packages and modular, scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Design, build, and maintain custom applications and features.
- Collaborate with the wider team to define architecture, data models, and application logic.
